This Poster was made in collaboration with Luba Lukova and was featured adjacent to her work at the Henry Zarrow Center for Art & Education. To raise awareness for the upcoming centennial of the Tulsa Race Massacre, Lukova worked for months with The University of Tulsa's graphic design students to create a series of posters. The concept of my poster was to fill the location of the Greenwood District, the original location of Black Wall Street, with phrases that outline what we can do to honor the tragedy and medicate the lasting effects it has had on the district.
